1. General These terms govern your use of thislightismine.com and any purchases made through this website. By using this site you agree to these terms. This Light Is Mine ltd is based in London, United Kingdom.
2. Prints and Products All prints are sold for personal display only. Reproduction, resale, commercial use or digital distribution of any purchased image is strictly prohibited. Copyright in all images remains with James Gardner / This Light Is Mine at all times.
3. Limited Editions Where stated, prints are offered as limited editions. Edition numbers are assigned at point of purchase and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
4. Image Licensing
Prints purchased through this store are for personal display only. Commercial, editorial or other licensed use of any image is available by separate written agreement.
To enquire about licensing an image for commercial, editorial, advertising or other use please contact james@thislightismine.com with details of the intended use, territory and duration. Licensing fees are quoted on request.
No licence is granted by purchase of a print. A separate licensing agreement must be in place before any commercial use of an image begins.
5. Orders and Fulfilment Orders are processed through Pixieset's secure checkout. Print fulfilment is handled by a third party print laboratory. Delivery times vary by location and product. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Returns and Refunds Due to the bespoke nature of printed products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged please contact james@thislightismine.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Photography Commissions Commissions are subject to a separate written agreement. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the shoot is cancelled by This Light Is Mine.
8. Intellectual Property All images on this website are the exclusive property of This Light Is Mine ltd. No image may be downloaded, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
